Abstract
Caused by the progressive competition in the logistics sector, anticipation combined with reactive behavior has become a business advantage for many industrial enterprises. While anticipation is fairly weIl developed by aggregate planning methods, short-term response on detailed demand is hardly possible, although reactive problem-solving goes for an inevitable hallmark of decision support in competitive logistics systems.
