Abstract

This highly illustrated chapter discusses the initial assessment, investigations and management of fractures of the zygomaticomaxillary complex (zygoma). Numerous case examples are shown, step-by step, illustrating the access and surgical repair of most fractures commonly seen. Low and high energy injuries are discussed. Technical advances and current areas of controversy are also discussed.
