Abstract
The KP Member Voice panel is an online research panel of more than 25,000 Kaiser Permanente members who contribute their opinions and insights about many aspects of the care and services they receive at Kaiser Permanente. This information helps guide quality improvement and the development of new features and services.
The panel complements existing data sources and provides structured feedback to support business decisions and ultimately improve the health of KP members. The primary goal of the panel project is to achieve a deep and broad understanding of KP members and their experiences with KP. The online panel was identified as a promising venue to collect large volumes of data that could be used across business units for multiple purposes.
