Abstract
The object of this article is to identify if personnel participation in continuous improvement is an issue considered within the wide concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), as this is currently understood. To this end, in this paper we analyze the main international CSR models and standards, in order to describe to what extent personnel participation is treated in them. Finally, some conclusions and the authors’ proposals are provided.
