Abstract
HTML is a rapidly evolving language. We present all the current HTML 2 elements here, as well as those HTML 3 elements that seem to have stabilized. While HTML 2 is not yet static, we also include HTML extensions that appear in several browsers, most notably Netscape Navigator. These extensions, for the most part, are similar to HTML 3 constructs. HTML 3 is not wholly recognizable by any browser as of the writing of this book.
