Enzymic Cleavage of Proteins

  • Chapter
Methods in Protein Sequence Analysis

Part of the book series: Experimental Biology and Medicine ((EBAM,volume 3))

Abstract

It would be an impossible task to survey in the limited space all the problems of the use of proteolytic enzymes, after all the excellent reviews which appear every year. In the following chapters will therefore be discussed only a very limited number of questions on new development in this field.
