Abstract
It is well-known that the alicyclic amine derivatives of cisplatin are less toxic as the ring size increases from cyclo-propylamine to cyclohexylamine, whereas the antitumour activity remains largely unalterated (1). Nevertheless the cyclopentylamine complex shows a larger spectrum of activity than the cyclohexylamine analog.
