Abstract

March is a special month. This time of the year the Sun passes through the Vernal Point in the constellation of Pisces. It is an annual milestone that announces the beginning of the spring season on the northern hemisphere. The March equinox has been celebrated by several cultures as the New Year’s Day of their calendar.
