Abstract
We deal with a problem like the project management of information system development, which is unsuitable for being formulated in any mathematical forms. This sort of problem is usually complex and has multiple objectives, where some of them are often contrary to each other. Our objective in this paper is to discuss a systems approach to such a problem.
