Abstract

During this conference, we will have an opportunity to look at some of the critical issues facing this part of the country and to hear ideas about how we might best deal with them. Our discussions will center on the Southwest region, which for our purposes includes Arizona, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas.
