  • Chapter

Abstract

The awareness of the closing years of the twentieth century brings a universal consciousness that the evolving global circumstances of the twenty-first century pose a number of basic challenges to individuals, communities, nations and also members of regional and international groupings. Those experiences impose upon us, as perhaps never before, the imperative of development correlation.
