Abstract
Food businesses around the world are influenced by public perceptions about linkages between their businesses and environmental quality. However, environmental issues transcend beyond food products themselves to their production, processing, distribution and consumption processes. They also transcend private firms and industries, and involve public interest groups, consumers, and governments.
