Excitonic Optical Nonlinearities in Semiconductor Quantum Wells

Abstract

In this article we review our experimental and theoretical investigations of the nonlinear optical processes seen at room temperature in GaAs quantum well structures photoexcited close to the fundamental absorption edge.
