Abstract
This consideration of the principal and less abundant authigenic minerals in sedimentary rocks (except for rare forms) makes it possible to draw some conclusions concerning the great variety among the typical minerals of sedimentary rocks and also concerning the development of these minerals at different phases and stages of formation of sedimentary deposits.
