Abstract

In our geographical latitudes trichomonas vaginalis infection of urogenital tract is the most frequent parasitosis. Trichomonas vaginalis today is principally taken for a pathogenous parasite (6). The infectivity of this parasite is also present in symptomeless latent trichomoniasis, so that therapy should be instituted in every case.
