Abstract
Measurements of the velocity of light in vacuo were carried out at the Kharkov Institute of Metrology under the guidance of G.S. Simkin in 1958–1966 using the interference of millimeter waves. A two-beam interferometer with a closed end operating in the distant field region of wave propagation was used for this purpose (1,2).
