Abstract
The analysis of the short pulses propagation in the dielectric medium with the elastic tied elementary charges has intention to determine the absorption and dispersion of the pulses. How will the pulse absorption decrease in this medium if the pulse duration decreases and the conductance of the medium does not reach its stationary value during the pulse duration? How will the pulse form be changed when all pulse parts have different velocities because the dielectric coefficient is not established? These questions excite great theortical and practical interest.
