Abstract

Software engineering is not only about development. The developed software product has to be checked for quality at all times, even while it is being written. So, having spent a substantial amount of time learning the ways and means of writing quality software using jQuery, this last chapter will provide ample information regarding testing the same, using QUnit, a framework written in JavaScript. Because developers often find testing to be a tedious task, and although they know the importance of testing from the knowledge they’ve obtained at school, they tend to shy away from this process.
