Abstract

A partial differential equation is “…a differential equation that contains unknown multivariable functions and their partial derivatives,” according to Wikipedia [1]. There are many PDE applications in physics, engineering, and computer science. For example, PDEs are employed to formulate various phenomena, such as heat transfer, machine dynamics, wave propagation, elasticity, fluid dynamics, and many more.
