Abstract

I would like to ask Dr. Von Foerster whether he has any thoughts on the work of Sperry and others on the developmental specificity that seems to be emerging in terms of the connection of individual units within the nervous system; and how this may relate to chemical specificity as it may be manifested later in life for connections between these same units in learning processes. are accomplished.
