Abstract
Earlier we discussed the things that the father can do to have an impact on raising his son from infancy through childhood. Now we are going to focus on the adult male, both as father and as son. You doubtless have found aspects of your relationship with your father that remain unattended to. You may feel some nagging sense of incompleteness or dissatisfaction with your relationship. So let’s look at how reconciliation between the father and the son can be important, useful, even necessary. We will be talking here about “inner reconciliation,” that is, the reconciliation within yourself, between your own internal Father and your internal Son.
