Abstrait
Les infections intra-abdominales aiguës du transplanté hépatique surviennent le plus souvent dans la période postopératoire. Dans la grande majorité des cas, elles ne diffèrent pas fondamentalement des infections rencontrées en chirurgie digestive majeure, tout particulièrement en chirurgie hépatobiliaire. Les éléments spécifiques à la transplantation hépatique (TH) sont la présence d’un terrain fragilisé par une hépatopathie aiguë ou chronique sévère, et la dépression immunitaire induite.
