Abstract

X-ray diffractometric and spectroscopic study of the structural and material composition of water-chemogenic deposits in Emine-Bayir-Hasar cave, Crimea, have shown that they are composed of several different minerals. These include calcite, pigeonite, hedenbergite, tridimite and cristobalite.
