Abstract

IVT (Impact Vibration Test) was used to determine the natural vibration frequency of the structure in order to evaluate the structural health. This is a non-destructive testing method that is simple to carry out, accurate measurement of natural vibration frequencies, low cost and short time. This article introduces, studies and applies this method for health assessment of port structures in Viet Nam.
