Abstract

This book has been a journey – a tour de force we would maintain – in which we have attempted to draw together a range of threads, conceptual, analytical, technical, methodological, statistical, theoretical, and policy-related. In this final chapter, we seek to summarise the key elements of this journey, outline its achievements, and suggest where this work should progress, if others are prepared to take it up.
