Abstract
Chapter 5 presents our qualitative analysis to inform our discussion and development of a conceptual framework in the final chapter. The qualitative case study design involves in-depth within-case analysis of interview and other secondary data from four highly innovative individuals and explores how meso- and micro-level influences affect achieving innovation outcomes. This chapter also presents the analysis and findings from each study.
