Abstract

The authors study the main aspects of economy digitalization as a global megatrend, its trends and directions, as well as the impact of economy digitalization on gaps in the system of higher education in Russia. The digital economy affected processes in the main social and socio-economic systems (SES). The purpose of this contribution is to study the impact of the digital economy on the processes in the system of higher education in Russia, namely the impact on gaps. The main range of research tasks can be outlined by analyzing such a phenomenon as gaps in socio-economic systems, the nature of their occurrence, as well as the role and influence of digitalization on them.
