Abstract

The chapter analyzes on “Financing to Grow the Low Income Groups”. According to the World Bank classification, a number of Muslim countries had been categorized under a low income group of economy. As for Malaysia, due to its stimulated economic development these recent years, it is now categorized under an upper-middle group of economy. Our discussion will be based on Malaysian data and statistics. In fact, no matter how strong the economy is, there are still a lower income groups that need to be catered off.
