Abstract

The article presents the results of real simulation studies, assessing the impact of Doppler shift on the accuracy of the designated positions for the GNSS receiver. The tests were performed for the receiver in the SDR programmable radio technology. In the first stage, a mathematical model was derived that reflects the impact of the Doppler shift on SIS signals. The process of determining the location of the tested object equipped with a GNSS radio receiver was carried out on the basis of pseudorange. In the final part of the article the results from the research and the practical conclusions resulting from them were quoted.
