Abstract

An elderly lady, known to have chronic kidney disease and erythrodermic mycosis fungoides, was receiving 50 mg methotrexate per week. She abruptly developed widespread painful erosions and ulcers. Careful history revealed the intake of erroneously high methotrexate dosage.
