Abstract

There are some key differences in what male and female brains pay attention to. There are sources of difference that impact attention and communication in the structure and neurobiology of the brain—especially the way it connects information together. Understanding these differences and leveraging them is demonstrably good for business. This chapter looks at what the general neurobiological female–male differences are during early child development and how they might show up in the world of modern business.
