Abstract

One of the directions of strategic development of the Russian economy in the conditions of digitization is transformations in regions by creation and development of innovative production complexes through improvement of the regional infrastructure. Dynamics of increase of production, economic, and social indicators are largely determined by the level of development of the infrastructure in regions with innovative production complexes. Possessing the production and innovative potential, each region has to have such regional infrastructure that would allow ensuring growth of the indicators of socio-economic development and would become the basis for the digital economy.
