Abstract

The codification of administrative procedural law attracts hot concerns in mainland China. With the enactment of Administrative Punishment Act, Administrative Licensing Law and Administrative Coercion Law recent years, the codification of administrative procedural law has been winning more and more attraction. However, We have recognized that this codification is in need of social supports as well as legal techniques. Both the requirements are going to be met in mainland China, which leads to an optimistic expectation of the successful enacting of the code.
