Abstract
The following chapter summarizes the contribution of this work and the methods that have been used to achieve the goals. Subsequently, the relevance of the achieved results for the future of anthropomorphic robot design and service robotics research will be given. Finally an outlook to future work in the field of the anthropomorphic Awiwi Hand and humanoid robotics will be given.
