Abstract

In this chapter we focus on the ICT implementation and relevant factors enhancing a Pragmatic Will with ICT at Buurtzorg. ICT starts with supporting the primary process at Buurtzorg aiming to serve the clients’ needs from a holistic focus. How the principles of Buurtzorg are integrated and simplified through ICT facilities will be explained. Another aspect of the Pragmatic Will is the process of implementation and the argumentations behind the decisions to implement ICT. The implementation of ICT at Buurtzorg seemed to be a step by step creativity process that comprises of the following three elements: frugal attitude, smart simplification, and its effectual way of designing the ICT solutions.
