Abstract
In this chapter, we present our design on a Twins based Sparse Deployment (TSD) for tracking objects. TSD is deployed at the intersection of inventory or warehouse areas. In each intersection, we only use three Twins pairs for tracking. The Twins pairs can report the moving direction of the target object through by analyzing the RF signal. In this way, TSD enables an accurate and efficient tracking while significantly reducing the number of Twins.
