Abstract
The known models for energy and entropy states of a continuous medium (continuum) are reviewed and analyzed. A generalized model of the mechanothermodynamic state of a medium is developed and analyzed. Its main feature is the rejection of the additivity principle of effective energy (entropy) flows caused by different-nature sources.
