Integration and Clustering for Sustainable Economic Growth

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to develop an innovational approach to management of human resources of a cluster entity, characterized by high effectiveness. For this, the work uses specially developed proprietary method of evaluation of effectiveness of management of human resources of a cluster entity. The authors of the research offer an innovational approach to management of human resources of a cluster entity, which supposes combination of efforts for management of human resources and performance of such management at the level of cluster entity, not of each separate member. In the process of the research, the authors conduct comparative analysis of traditional and innovational approaches to management of human resources of cluster entity and prove that traditional approach to management of human resources has low effectiveness in terms of cluster entity, which causes necessity for transition of modern clusters to usage of the offered innovational approach. In order to achieve maximal effectiveness of management of human resources of cluster entity, the authors offer the corresponding recommendations.
