Abstract

In order to improve the treatment outcomes for natural cycles and minimum stimulation cycle with clomiphene citrate for in vitro fertilization (IVF), the most important thing is to determine the optimal timing to retrieve the oocytes. Therefore, it is necessary to measure follicle numbers and check serum hormone levels on a daily basis. It is also important to improve the ability to judge the optimal timing of oocyte retrieval based on the above through the accumulation of data.
