Abstract
This chapter, which presents our Holistic School Leadership approach, may be seen as the heart of this book. According to the Holistic School Leadership approach, systems thinking offers a comprehensive way of both conceptualizing and practicing within the entire school setting. Systems thinking might be considered as a perspective on school leadership, a way to understand and reference numerous diverse aspects of principals’ work. Holistic School Leadership may be applied regularly rather than as an exception, addressing the school’s various kinds of challenges, problems and tasks through the systems thinking lens.
