Abstract
This book is a contribution to the quest for a new paradigm for Greek agriculture. Ι use the term “paradigm” in a loose sense as “an open-ended resource: a framework of concepts, results, and procedures within which subsequent work is structured” (Oxford Dictionary of Philosophy).
