Abstract
Crohn’s disease of the vulva is a rare manifestation of Crohn’s disease, a chronic granulomatous condition which primarily affects the bowel. The vulva is affected by metastatic Crohn’s disease where the granulomatous inflammation is noncontiguous with the gastrointestinal tract. It affects both children and adults. Treatment is topical or systemic.
