Abstract

The isolation, culture, and microscopic observation of Trichoderma species require the use of more suitable media and slide culture techniques. Slide culture remains the mainstay of morphology identification of Trichoderma species. The various stratums are observed by the naked eye through the light and compound microscopes. Using compound microscope, the satisfactory identification of Trichoderma isolates may be possible the given name due to examine their diverse morphological characters in agar cultures.
