Abstract

Fractures of the coronoid process usually present with elbow dislocation and account for less than 2% of all elbow fractures. Isolated coronoid fractures are infrequent. The Regan Morrey is the most frequent classification used. Operative intervention is the choice of treatment with either screw or wire fixation. In this chapter tips and tricks of how to manage coronoid fractures are presented.
