Abstract

The monograph focuses on the theory and practice involved in managing competencies as key resources to produce competitive goods. It presents developed and substantiated law on dependence between competencies and emergence of new markets. Practical aspects of developing high-tech company competencies are described. It contains economic and mathematical models for managing competitive advantages of a company based on competencies. These models became the basis for the method of evaluating and ranking core competencies and the method of multi-criteria ratings of human potential efficiency. The book contains the mechanisms of competitiveness management based on conceptual model of competence center network.
