Abstract
This paper describes the development of a remote control system of the unmanned ground vehicle. Also, the proposed system provides remote sensing video and gives the user a real-time view of the monitored location. As a part of the development, the study of different image filters, as well as its implementation is detailed throughout the work. These kinds of tools favor the border security area, agricultural sector, and video surveillance.
