Abstract

Chapter 4 shows how efficient eReporting can be realized by combining the EC-CS and EC-EIS modules. It describes how the roles of tprocess participants change upon the introduction of efficient eReporting. Before presenting a possible system design in section 4.4, it introduces the characteristics of both modules.
