Zusammenfassung
Bei der Methode der gestörten γ-γ-Winkelkorrelation (Perturbed Angular Correlation: PAC) mißt man im Gegensatz zum Mößbauer-Effekt nicht die energetische Verschiebung der γ-Quanten, die den Sondenzustand entvölkern, sondern die zeitliche Veränderung der γ-Ausstrahlcharakteristik. Man spricht auch von einer Drehung oder Präzession der Winkelkorrelation. Die Ursache hierfür ist die Hyperfeinwechselwirkung.
