Zusammenfassung

Ziel dieses Beitrags ist, einen Vergleich, eine Gegenüberstellung und nicht zuletzt eine Verständigung zwischen zwei Schwerpunktfeldern der Friedensarbeit und -forschung herzustellen: Menschenrechte und zivile Konfliktbearbeitung. Denn trotz der inhaltlichen Nähe und den Überschneidungen in der Praxis lässt sich nach wie vor eine relative Isolation dieser beiden Bereiche und der mit ihr verbundenen Fachkreise voneinander feststellen.
