Abstract
We will model “burstiness” by having two different arrival rates, one for usual operating conditions and a second for when we experience a burst of customers. So we have two cases to consider: (1) where we model arrivals as fuzzy probabilities; and (2) when we use fuzzy arrival and fuzzy service rates.
